If you’ve got the need for speed, then the Muskegon Shoreline Spectacular 2007 was the place to be! Remote control cars, trucks, planes, boats and helicopters take center stage with their hi-performance demonstrations and displays. Learn from area pros how to build, maintain and race your own custom-built model. House of Hobbies staff will be available to answer your questions and explain how you can get started in the exciting world of remote control racing.

R/C Specs

  • Remote Control cars and trucks range in size from 3” long to 34” long.  Speeds range from 15 to 60 mph.  Styles include monster trucks, stadium trucks, touring cars and buggies; and are powered by battery, nitro fuel, or gasoline
  • Remote Control boats range in size from 12” long to 60” long.  Speeds range from 15 to 45 mph.  styles include deep vee, catamaran, hydro, and tunnel hull; and are powered by battery, nitro fuel, or gasoline
  • Remote Control planes can have wing spans from 2’ on up to 12’ or even larger.  Most are powered by nitro fuel or battery; some are powered by gasoline or even turbine jet engines.  Styles include high wing trainer, profile/stunt, bi-planes, low-wing, and scale/realistic aircraft.
